Default dac reporting

sorry if in wrong place kinda new to this have 3 trucks and just wondering how to put something on drivers dac ive giving him chance after chance and he wont straighten up so 1 more time and hes gone can someone give me a little info :roll:

You have to subscribe to the service. It is a bit pricey for a small carrier. They offer a number of services.

And before they will approve your application you have to have a DOT safety audit on file that verifies your current carrier info/address.

Why not just let him go and warn his next employer about him when he uses you for a referance.
Putting it on his DAC seems a bit over the top, your essentially making it almost impossible for him to get work with his CDL,....is he really that bad?
