Authority granted , question?

Authority granted , question?
I got a call today ( recorded message) saying that my authority will be granted as of this friday. YEAH!
 THE message goes on to say that I will get my certificate in 14 days but could go to www.ICCASAP.com to get it expedited. I went to this site and I can get a copy on the day it is approved for $17.50. My question is a COPY good enough to get my KYU #, IFTA,IRP, UCR or whatever else I can't think of ?

One more question, The site they told me to connect to wants my credit card ( debit card) for the $17.50 fee to expedite . The name of the service is DC NEWS and DATA . Does anyone know if this is legit, I get so many calls from different companies I am afraid to give out card info.
There is no phone # on their site .

There is no phone # on their site . It is legite. That is where I got mine from. They will fax your certificate right away.

It took me 11 days from the recorded message to get the actual certificate. I didn't need it to get the other things.

Thanks DD60 and Merrick4, The message said it would take 14 days so I will pay the $17.50 and get a copy on friday ( according to the message) . Here in Ky I have to submit an application after my Authority
is granted and it has to be mailed . I am not sure how long that will take but even after that I must go to Frankfurt and do all the other stuff but I was told that is can be done with one visit.

Well I found out that I do not have to do the afore mentioned application for KY and also I do not have to get a KYU # because I am under 60,000 lbs. All I have to do is IRP, UCR and IFTA ( I THINK ) . Thanks for all the help
