Default those with loadboards accounts??

Im trying to decide what is better to pull, whether Flat or Van as I have experience in both . Can anyone with logins to the loadboard tell me what equipment has more loads available and also the average rate of the loads for the El Paso, tx area. Hope its not to much to ask for. thanks

Typically, there will be more van loads than any other type of freight. That can vary according to the area. It is still early as I post, but there are 0 van and 18 flat and step deck loads coming out of El Paso. Rates for both coming out of El Paso tend to be cheap and cheaper. I looked at a flat or step deck load a few weeks ago coming out of El Paso which paid $1.50. I didn't take the load because the broker had bad credit. That was the best rate I found at the time. I haven't pulled a van load out of that area in some years, but rates have usually been cheap. Most load boards don't post rates. You need to call the brokers to get a rate. If you live in the area you may want to visit Petro or one of the other truck stops and see what rates they are getting. You have Pilot and Flying J at Anthony.
