After all this time you are still not on the road?

You are losing thousands of dollars

This is the busy season and it is quite short

grass seed, fertilizer, spring items already in stores

juice, water, gatorade, coke etc moving like there is no tomorro

and you are still not working?

for 6,500-8k you can have a good choice from a dealer

just buy one

for a guy who pinches pennys you are not seeing the big picture at all

if you are waiting for the 2290 just go to your local IRS office and get one and get going

Yeah going over to buy the trailer now, its a little much for the year, but your right I do need the last piece of the puzzel n get going...so I cant afford to be too picky I quess, and I probably cant get a cheaper 1 in the area....n getting a one-way trailer to the south was catch-as-catch can and unsteady.
Yeah the only other things I need I can go do some work without I think, need my N.M. card, N.Y. permit, and my permanent cab card ( I am running on a temp now that Ca issues).....see ya guys on the road

You can still run New Mexico. You will just need to stop at the port of entry to get a permit each time you cross the state line. It can take a couple of months to get your New Mexico permit back.

I just saw a load on ITS out of Plainview, TX heading back to SoCal picking up this weekend for $1.60+/mile. You might want to jump on that from what I'm seeing for rates out here.

94, stoughton air ride, paid 6,500 if he would close it now instead of the 5 days cuz i wanted to get working this week.
yeah i coulda probably got a better deal somewhere, but doubt it in South Cali.
Reffers in our area i think start around 4k more cuz I was kinda interested in just looking around if I ever branch out, but think I am better to branch into flatbed cuz Steve seems to always be doing well, probably be at least a couple of years befor that cuz a bit of work to change the authority around and get another trailer and probably sell the van
Next big expense is rebuilding a lot on the truck next year before I start working, come back from asia in probably late March and get a whole rebuild on the engine, new clutch, and replace all the tires( I just pray I can get thru this year without seizing the engine then Im cool).....after that probably be too burned out to deal with anything else.
