Thanks for the advice Useless!
I'm not itching to get back on the road after the surgery, so I will take all the time I need. In addition, I have some dental work I need done, however BOTH dentists I saw refused to work on my teeth until the wisdom teeth come out. Once I'm able, I'll go in for 2 fillings and 2 inlays on my back molars. The wisdoms compressed the molars, thus, accelerating decay/cavity action
As SteeveB said, I'd love to pay $200, but mine are impacted and I have to be knocked out for it to go down.
In addition, I'm holding off on my drug screen for the new job till I heal. Even though i'll have a doctor's note/prescription, I don't want any eyebrows raised when a prescribed painkiller is in my sytem.
Loading/unloading furniture in the cold SUCKS. How many people like sweating their butts off in sub 32 degree weather? :lol: Luckily, most destinations and backhauls are on the west coast

BC!!
Just one more thing that I forgot to mention; if you are taking asprin, then you really need to switch to Tylenol; Asprin is a blood thinner, and you don't want it in your system right before surgery!!

Useless, they said water before surgery is a no-no, even a breath mint. Therefore, I won't be on any meds. I've toughed it out for 7 months without pain meds, but afterwards I'm gonna get the GOOD stuff, because I'll be a hurting bandit!

Sorry, B/C!! Allow me to clarify;
When I suggested drinking lots of water, I was referring to what to do AFTER your surgery; flushing out toxins is very important, and Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone are very taxing on the liver and the kidneys. You are absolutely correct, you don't want to load up on water or anything else right before surgery, but you don't want to be under hydrated, either!!

I still don't know why your dad bought a carbon copy of his old truck...unless he just really didn't like the look of fog lights.

He really likes T600's, I guess. The new one has way nicer seats w/ 6 way adjustments, more gauges, and a few minor details. His new one has a 4" less wb (240 total), as mine has a 244".
Who's gonna guess which one is mine...and who'll guess which one is the '06 and '07??? :lol:
