yeah i dont seewhy I shouldpay the $4000 since i didn't get a CDL, and they let me go due to no falt of my own, I was up front with them about my felony and the fact than my licences was revoked in 2005 I was told every thing was ok.. I have no intention of paying them $4000 for thier useless piece of paper.I have already been told by companys I would have to start school all over again,,
Well for now I'm going to work a nondriving job for awhile, get some distance put on the license being revoked..and try again in a year or so.

Go ahead and refuse to pay that $4000...its your credit report :roll:

Maybe I missed the post, but why was the license suspended? That may be a key factor, as well as the nature of the felony.

I think they should at least get you the CDL. Thats a new low in CDL Mills. Its bad enough they changed their mind, but to deny you the CDL is stupid. BTW- CDL or not, their piece of paper is worth about as much as one from Swift or England.
