Default Are You Mixing Personal and Business Trucking Expenses?

Hi everyone,

I’m a bookkeeper who works with small trucking businesses, owner-operators, and fleets. I help with:

QuickBooks Online setup and cleanup
Fuel expense tracking
IFTA organization
Factoring reconciliation
Payroll and driver settlements
Bank and credit card reconciliation
Monthly financial reports

I’ve noticed many trucking businesses struggle with cash flow tracking, missing expenses, and messy books during tax season.
