Do you work with BCO's exclusively?

You might check on the OOIDA board, if you are a member. I know there are several BCO's who regularly post on their forum. There are some who post on this board, as well. What do you charge?

I charge 5% of the base pay (after fuel expense and company cut). The money does not include the FSC amount. I only take the cut from the Revenue after they have paid fuel.

That doesn't sound like a bad rate. A lot of BCO's struggle finding the better paying loads.

Yes, I know my parents struggled trying to even keep up with driving and booking at the same time and keeping themselves moving.

Unless you run for a particular agent who helps you stay loaded, you are constantly looking for decent paying loads. So your parents were BCO's?

My parents are owner-operated drivers.
