Anyone have info on Quality Carriers

Anyone lease onto Quality Carriers the Tank Co. out of Tampa FL?

Need info on good or bad terminals and overall pros and cons.

Some of the terminals are privately owned, and the owners have trucks of their own, not good in my opoinion.
