overweight tickets dont show up on your mvr, I get em all the time in wyoming, if they went on your license i`d have about 30 by now :lol:

I am pretty sure you are right about that- but I'm not willing to bet on it. Most states I run will let you go and I've never seen an o/w ticket show on my record. I generally don't get the ticket, though...

i`m positive they dont go on your record, or i`m just extremely lucky, in the oil field we just take em and submit em to whoever we`re pulling for.

I have heard the insurance industry keeps tabs on the o/w tickets...anyone else heard of this? I have a few hauling OJ from Florida.

Strange the chicken house officers demand cash and make change from their back pocket in Florida. I asked and the man said "it's a real pain, we have to collect the fines and send in a money order to the state once a week.

In FL first 300 lbs are free and it's $.05 per pound over that. They don't worry about the axle laws, just the gross weight. This I know for sure
