CRST Malone will train you in securement. Landstar used to have a program where they will train you in securement. You should be able to talk with their recruiting people and they could tell you more about it. I am not certain about Mercer and Jones. CRST Malone requires 6 months driving experience. Securement training is part of their orientation. I believe Landstar requires 12 months driving experience. As long as you meet their driving and other requirements, you should not have any problems leasing on to them.
