Default o/o looking for driver for pantherII

i need a driver for an expedited service company, pantherll. i would prefer a husband/wife team, but solo is fine too. here are the requirements:

Drivers must be:
At least 21 years of age for cargo vans and straight trucks (no experience necessary)
At least 22 years of age for tractor-trailers with a minimum of 6 months recent, verifiable
tractor-trailer driving experience(my insurance would prefer 2yrs)
drivers must have:
valid CDL
A verifiable clean driving record and good work history
No more than three moving violations in three years
No dui's, drug, or felony convictions
A nationwide pager; or cell phone
A positive attitude
Drivers must be able to:
Speak and read English well enough to do his or her job and respond to official questions
Block, brace and tie down cargo
Determine whether the vehicle is safely loaded
Drivers must pass:
DOT drug screen and physical exam.

they are based in ohio. my plan is 10-15 days out, 3 days home. but we can adjust it so it works for you. but don't expect to be home every weekend. if you live in or near oh, mo, il, in, mi, essentially the mudwest, that will increase the likelyhood of drive bys and passing thru weekends. they are out of ohio. singles usually stick mainly in the midwest 4-600 mi daily. teams do much better. i have a big sleeper, w900, but a single bunk, so husband wife is better for the team unlees you're really close to your co-driver. lol.
panther has gov. contracts. so they are going to do a very thorough background check. just so you know.
respond by email first giving me a little background please. experience, needs, ie pay, expectations. etc. and i will get back to you. asap.
thanks

i almost forgot to mention pay!!! i'll start you at .35-40cpm based on your experience and road test. i wouldn't leave home for any less than that, so i wouldn't expect you to either. but i would expect a raise as soon as i felt i have proven myself. we can talk more then. i need a driver so i hope to hear back. thanks again
