Need Help Getting Paid

I just bought my own rig and hauling my own loads. I have worked with a broker who just wont pay me. I have been calling him non-stop and wont answer my calls. What else can I do?

Previous run-in

At the last place I worked, we got set up with a collection agency that handled all of that. The owner said he loved not having to deal with the b.s., plus they have a program that allows you to sign up clients for them and you get a portion of the collection! I get a check every now and then just with a few clients and it costs nothing, it's pretty awesome.
