Default Help... Turning truck in small area

Hello,
I am working on a project loading and unloading trucks from one Barge to another Barge and then down a ramp.
Barge is 54 feet by 120 feet and need to make a 90 degree turn is it possible. See pictures.
In a worse case scenario with a the longest tractor trailer available 75' is it possible.

I can't see the pics but I would say it is possible with patience. Extreme patience! Inch forward, inch back, repeat while cutting the wheel back and forwardth. I get in much tighter spots with Mack concrete trucks that have no turning radius and have to get them out. Takes a few minutes but the can be gotten out.
