I have been driving since 2000. My past isn't bad I had a C.D.V in 2010 and a couple of bad check's in 2008.
My problem is I have some charge pending and may not go to court for over a year. I can leave the state!!! My brother was going through a separation he asked me if he could keep his motor cycle at my house I agreed. Well he reported it stolen and we got charged conspiracy, faults report of stolen motor cycle . And to top it off I went over to pick him up we got stopped
again and he had cocaine on him I got possession charge it was in my truck. I need a break please I'm a good man with a family. I need your help PLEASE...

That sucks man. But youre going to have to make that all go away before any company can or will hire you to drive.
Your brother needs to man up and admit guilt and tell the DA you had nothing to do with it. They wouldnt have charged you with possession if it was in his pocket etc.. only if they found it in the truck. You need a VERY good lawyer and again.. your brother to man up. If youre telling the truth.. well i'd quit trusting your brother. He doesnt sound like much..
