I am starting orientation at boyd in bham, al 12/2/2013. Just finished driving school an got cdl. Boyd invited me to orientation. What do they expect concerning skills? I finished school top of class, passed all state tests first try, yet i still havent been in truck without trainer. Even state examiner helped during road test as far as telling me when to start turning etc. will they expect me to go out and drive without help during orientation an before my 5 weeks out with company trainer? Or do they just expect to see you know how to shift, pretrip, and basic knowledge? Not worried about drug test or physical. Not worried about mvr or criminal check or employers etc. just wondering what they expect skill wise, they know i just graduated an just got cdl before they invited me. Thanks for help
