16. Cup-holders don't live up to their name.
17. During the last 10 miles of driving to a place, there won't be a soul on the road, but as soon as you start to back in off the street, EVERYbody shows up... and they're all in a hurry.
18. Air conditioning does not fail in the summer, and heat does not fail in the winter.
19. No set of sheets known to man will fit on the mattress correctly.
