I cant get a fridge/inverter in my truck, the company wont allow it, I also don't have the kind of space for it. my bed is no bigger than a back seat of a car. I'm not allowed to quit they wont like that, also I have less than a year experience and I don't want to go back to driving school and being a teammate...notice I didn't say student because I don't believe that they really treat students as students, they are treated as teammates

I am unable to idle my truck, plus the A/C don't work and they aren't going to fix it. the icon on it is screwed up and it wont idle, plus the A/C don't work. also last winter the bunk heater didn't work so I froze when I slept

and I don't need hometime because I don't have a home
Who in the HELL do you drive for?

To overcome the stress by the following ways while driving is:
Allow extra time on your journey, plan your route beforehand, keep snacks nearby, Recognize tension, hearing music, create a comfortable environment in your vehicle.
These are the things are very important if you spend a lot of time during driving.

I'm with big sky. Half the drivers i know will drive with the engine screwing up or the transmission about to fall out. But the ac or heat goes? "Im pulling into the TA this truck aint moving til its fixed". Um you can get a cigarette lighter inverter at walmart for 20 bucks. You can get a 300 watt plugin inverter for 30. You can run a 1000 watt inverter out of the direct to battery terminals in the fusebox in front of the drivers seat. Make sure the cables are big enough...

Most newbie companies require 3 or 6 months 'experience' before theyll hire you as a driver. When it asks why did you quit put all that **** down.. on my apps i put the truth .. my first 2 companies were AWESOME. worked for one that was **** and said so.

They have $100 fridges at truck stops that plug into your lighter. They'll fit in any truck. I have a backpack cooler that does the same. it's about 34" by 16".. you can toss it under the bunk or anywhere else..

This cant be a serious post.

Prety sure this all has been said but just incase

Deep breathing, deep in, deep out, amazing how much stress is releaved just doing that

Eat, not junkfood or irregularly, even the act of staying alert requires food, even a slice or 2 of bread or some crackers or nuts can help.

Streach, I combine deep breathing with neck streaches, lt helps, besides that, streaching your body is important

Last but not least, sleep, even if its at iregular times. A good restful sleep is very important to your mental and physical well being
