Default Best meds to help while driving.

Hey all. Been awhile since I posted here. I'm finally going to school now and should have cdl in a few months, hopefully less.
Anyways, just wanted to see if anyone had experience with or would recommend any type of legal medication to help with alertness, energy, focus, etc. when driving. Maybe even some all natural stuff.

Any input would be appreciated.

Coffee, 5 Hour Energy, Monster, etc.

Also, getting out of the truck and walking a little - such as into the truckstop for a nature break (as well as buying more coffee)

For something natural on them long starry nights, I like getting all worked up over just about anything.
I begin muttering outloud about it.
What seems like a short while later, but actually a few hours... I'm still ranting and raving mostly in gibberish.
Now starting to realize it, I look down and I'm rolling 80 mph. and crossed most of Nebraska.

I'll seethe for awhile but finally simmer down, and have enough natural adrenalin to get me through another 300 miles.

Starbucks 'doubleshot' (I like the mocha.) That and an energy shot of your choice. Most of them are based on B-6 and B-12 which is the "medication" you're asking about. You can also get a B complex "sublingual" at walmart. you put a dropper under your tongue and swallow it 30 seconds later. It's much cheaper than buying the energy shots. [though these shots can be bought at a dollar store for $1 each!]

If that doesn't work, and you're really sleepy, try backing into the last spot left (between two Swift drivers who are hogging the lines) at a miniature T/S called PILOT! After 30 mins, you'll get tired of trying and go back out on the road. I find this "exercise" wakes me up almost every time!

Oh... and a power nap of about 30 mins seems to work pretty good, too.

Another thing that I do is listen solely to talk radio, especially at night. If you find something controversial to you to listen to, you'll be to PO'd to be tired.
