Misdameanor Charges in 6/2010
I got 2 misdameanor charges(patronizing prostitution & unlawful poss of a weapon) back in 6/2010. I have my learners permit but I need to get some experience so I can get my CDL. No one will take me because of the charges although I have court documentation that the charges have been defered because I got AG Diversion. Any help would be appreciated. I prefer to go with a company that have theur own school.

Good luck, you like the last couple guys should probably seek employment elsewhere. You might be able to get on a trash truck outfit, dump truck, excavating, etc. Did you read the other thread from a week or so ago? OTR companies have to be picky and your charges are less than a year old.
What is the deal with recent criminals wanting to get into driving?

LOL......Well........The "Patronizing prostitution charge is probably forgiveable by a ton of operations....It's that gun charge that is gonna hose him.

Good luck young man. Just keep your nose clean and do your job. Try to let as much of the garbage slide off your back as you can and get your time behind the wheel done as cleanly as possible, then you can move forward.

Thanks for the postive feedback. There is not a lot lizard anywhere that will be able to get close to me. This is how all of this got started. I will keep my mind on my job. I a so grateful to have this opportunity and I will do the right thing.
