Rather funny
When I pulled my information on the 26th, it showed it as a Preventable. I pulled it again on the 29th - after my conversation with the guy at swift --- who claimed it was changed back on the 19th, and that driver facts has "direct access" into their computers ----- guess what it was changed to non-preventable.
