Default Need help

I have 4 moving violations in the past 3 years, all in my personal car.2 of them come off june 12th 2009. I am having a hard time finding a job bc of this.Is there a way I can file motions in court or pay a attorny to get the tickets off? Does anyone know who would hire me with 4 tickets?I dont want to be parked untill june, untill i can re apply to companys with one 2 tickets on my mvr then. Please help....:tears:

You could talk to the jodge and see what the court can do for you. I think you are still going to have a hard time finding someone to hire you even with only 2 tickets on your mvr.

Take a look around. There are lots of drivers who are looking for work right now. I bet some of them have cleaner records, And we all know insurance companies have a say in who gets hired.

One would think that someone who is dependent on a clean license to make a living would drive in a manner as not to get 4 tickets in three years, whether in a car or a CMV.

It is only a couple of months until two of those tickets come off your record. The time to have been concerned about the tickets is when you received them. You can sometimes plead down a moving violation when you hold a CDL if you get a decent lawyer. After almost 3 years has passed is a little too late. Besides, it is only a couple of months at this point. If I were you I would just slow down.

Young man I also recommend a letter to the jodge. You never know just how lucky you might get. Follow the two links below to threads by a poster that wrote letters to the jodge and may I say, pretty much surprised us all with the results...... Good luck and be safe! b122

The school that you went to then should have expalined to you that you are basically "UNHIREABLE". Like I said, Should have. But we all know that CDL Mills don't care. They just want your money.
