Thx folks much appreciated,yea im gonna look into contacting the judge concerning my case, i guess the real hesitation to date concerning my case is the simple fact i was told even tho a felony is expunged its still somehow on your records and folks can still see it,so i figured why even pay out money to have it expunged if they can still see it?

Wether or not it was bad advice i dont know,im not a legal guru and know nothing of the system,i just TRY to entrust what folks tell me from past experiences and such.
