One other thing. We can debate issues but we don't need to lower ourselves to name calling and personal attacks. When one reverts to personal attacks and name calling it diminishes your position and gives you less credibility. Most people come to this forum for information and to share personal experiences with those with a common interest. To those who are doing this we need to tone it down. Let's stick to debating ideas and issues and stay away from the name calling and personal attacks.

No doubt this year is going to be volatile. Not just in trucks, but in all industries.

I know some guys are find it tough to find jobs but I have always said, that work goes to those that find it.

Case in point. I had a guy road test just before Xmas, and today I was down to his work site when he went off on his first run.

What got him the job? Well, a great work ethic, an excellent resume with a varied background and a willingness to take the job that was in front of him.

Also, me taking him to the employer and introducing him persoanlly and saying to the guy, that if he needed someone, here we was, did not hurt either.

And he did not get the reference because he gave me $10,000 for the full mountain training. He got it because he worked for it.

Work goes to those that find it. And will do it. And don't wine about it the first time it sucks.

Chad is North bound to Edmonton as I write this. And I have the picture of him smiling as he is pulling out of the yard to prove it.
