Even if I were to take your word that you do not use heroine, the fact that you DO "use a little green stuff" says you have no business with a CDL.

Big Jeep, If I were to use a little alcohol, I'll test clean in 24 hours. If I were to use MJ, I would not be able to test clean for how long? With alcohol, I agree that they simply have not devised a test to see just how many brain cells you've murdered the day before. But, I do not use soda, coffee, or anything else like that. I do go through about a gallon and a half of milk a day. Egg Nog during the Holiday season, but without the spike.
Ok. I lied. I do drink soda. Root beer, with no alcohol and no caffine.
Does that qualify me to cast the first stone?

Anyone that uses any illegal drugs belongs out of the business. And, in my mind, that would include STEROIDS that ARE NOT PRESCRIBED BY A DOCTOR. When they are prescribed for a medical condition, it's quite another matter.

And, I also know someone that got a DUI by following a doctor's prescribed use of an inhalor. They are about 70% alcohol, which stays in the lungs, not in the blood stream, but up to 4 hours after use, you'll blow a DUI.

 

I myself like the purple stuff with the sticky stench, hmmm hmmm good.....

Hey Big jeep back in 79 When in high school I had a run in with the Georgetown, CO PD & Clear Creek County Sheriff Department, they had a blast making up a story about my big time drug dealing and being a career offender at the ripe old age of 15. The DA at the time was the up and coming future County District Judge Terry Ruckriegle Who also tried the great Kobe Bryant. He wanted to put me away for 3 years for possesion of a QP, that was fronted to me by an undercover Detective. Thank GOd for a good attorney and his argument that I was a minor an unable to be responsible for making proper payment of a deal, he also argued I was set up and prodded into making this deal.
Case thrown out.... I was a very bad boy in my younger years and known all around Jeffco & Clear Creek Counties..
