expunge/sealing

I have to commend you for at least doing some research before going to school, it is still free to post on a message board
![]() You want to try to get them expunged, sealed records throw up an even larger red flag than your driving record. You should be advised that if you are successful in having your record expunged by the court it will likely be another process just to get the DMV to clear your "print out" This will not be an easy or quick thing. If you are truly changed and really want to drive a truck, stick with it but know that it could take years to accomplish. Now this is very important. Do not get your CDL permit or Lic until your record is 100% clear. I have heard about some new rules (past 2 or 3 years) about a CDL not being able to be expunged or cleaned up at all.

There are some violations that can not be expunged. In the State of Florida, A DUI is one that can not be expunged. Not legal to do so.
