Blake, I am afraid that you are out of luck until those infractions come off of your mvr. I don't know of any carrier who will touch you with those tickets. If you are for real, you really need to consider doing something else for a living. If you want to be around big trucks then maybe you should consider working on them or detailing them rather than driving. From your post you seem to be out of control. When you drive a truck for a living you must be in control of yourself and your equipment. Otherwise, you not only place your life in jeopardy but anyone who happens to be around you. Most carriers and insurance companies will look at the last 3 years mvr at the very least. There are some who will look beyond that time frame. This is an industry than emphasizes safety. That means driving and acting responsibly.

I am a determined, hard worker who has been trying to further my career as a commercial truck driver. In order to be accepted to the trucking program I would need to have points removed from my license. To change my life around for the better, I am willing to complete community service hours and/or attend traffic school to remove this from my driving record.

Sincerely,
It doesn't matter how much community service you are willing to complete. It isn't going to make the convictions go off your record. Only time will do that. Even when the points come off your record, you are going to find it nearly impossible to sucker a good carrier into hiring you for a very long time, and for good reason. If you are such a risk behind the wheel of a car, then you would be an even bigger risk behind the wheel of a truck.

Try being a "determined and hard worker" in a career that doesn't give you the opportunity to drive 20 mph over the speed limit for a few years. I don't want you on my highway in a big truck.

Nope. I was actually working. As much as I fight doing it, sometimes the urge gets the better of me.

I'll try not to make it a habit.
