Default Decided to go for it

Hello everyone, I've finally decided to get into the industry. I've been a Correctional Officer for 16 years and I've had enough.
I looking at a few options. What I'm wondering is, does anyone here have an opinion on Maverick and does TMC also have a driving school) I keep getting mixed signals on that one...and between the 2 companies which one is the better? Thanks, Gsherm

Did you have any sort of retirement package going with the DOC? If you did, 16 years is a bit of a long haul to just up and give that up to try something new..

For flatbed, both companies are good. Some will say that one is better than the other. Myself, I like Maverick better. The pay and hometime is better. Well I know that the pay is atleast.
