Where in the article did you determine that it was a "sleepy OTR driver"?
Considering that Arlington and Grand Priarie are only minutes apart, logic tells me its probably a local driver.

Actually, the logical conclusion would be that he was a local driver since he is Hispanic, lives in Arlington and the accident was in Grand Prairie. There are a lot of Hispanic people who live in Texas. :roll:
