I hear from recruiters and ads about $50,000 first year but I hear a lot folks say that's not anywhere close to reality. Thanx! Been at this almost 3 years and it generally floats about there. :wink:

i did it but i had to run team with cfi for the first four months and then switched to a dedicated account with jb.....averaged over 5000 a month with cfi but hometime sucked..
with jb i am on track to break 70k and am home every weekend but i bust my @#s unloading trailer loads of cabinets and hit very tight dispatchs legaly with a 63 mph tractor now after proving myself i have settled into a set run aprox 3000 miles a week leave the house sun and home by thurs with the option of running a short run for a few extra bucks if i want it is out there but it is not always the easiest or most obvious course to find the best results

first year
flatbed linehaul in california/nevada out monday home friday. sometimes i get to swing by the house for a night or two during the week. i work about 55-60 hours a week about 900 week gross and free health/dental insurance been driving since febuary tarping sucks. luckily, i dont have to do it that often
