A cross wind can blow over a light/empty trailer sitting still. Is he saying that an increase in truck speed would require more or less wind to blow it over? What is the significance of wind direction?
Unrelated to the topic . . "We can't count the man-hours spent waiting," he said.
They appear to be a mail carrier. The only mail driver I've ever met was paid by the mile. In other words, the drivers would have "spent the man hours" and not the employer. Any mail drivers care to render an opinion?
