computer illiterate and needing help

computer illiterate and needing help
somehow my 5 year old has been on the computer and got the bar that goes on the bottom of the screen moved around. It is the bar with the clock on it, that is supposed to go horizontal across the bottom, is now vertical on the right side of the screen and i don't know how to get it back.She's done it once before but i cannot remember how to unscrew it up. thanks for any help.

right click on the bar and it will bring up the properties menu where you can change things

i knew it had to be something simple. thanks for the help. I kknow why i am a truck driver now and now a computer programmer.
