hey everybody im new here and soon gonna be new to trucking.i leave for SWIFT academy in millington,TN march 3.Yes i know some of you will have something to say bout swift, but i see the reports and comments but i truly believe that you get what you put in it.If arter my year i dont like it then im free to leave but i gotta get the experience so i ready to deal with it.Im married with a family and me and my wife knew ahead of time the sacrafices we would have to make but we got plans for our future and know ill be gone for awhile.Im hoping that teams are agood route to go cause my brother is going to the academy with me and after our 6 weeks training we gonna be team .I know and am ready to pay my dues and not get rich my first year i know not to expect it im gonna be new and at the btm of the line but that o.k i'll eventually be at the top.So this is enough for now,i wont talk yall ear off the first time, ive been looking on here for a while and decided to join and get any input i can and ask questions if i have any . well bye for now

Welcome! I just found out about this site and it is GREAT. Lots of very useful information. I will be in school for the next three weeks, but I will be driving sooner than most, as I have already completed all my CDL exams from the BMV.
