Its just attracting an older group now and we all have high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes....LOL

If I had known I was going to live this long I would have taken better care of myself!!! :roll:

If you couldn't drive truck on BP meds there would be a whole lot less drivers on the road

Eat more oatmeal it lowers your blood pressure and colesteral . It,s proven , it works .

You are correct, my Dr. told my the same thing. Oatmeal has been on my menu for the last week.
