Its been awhile since I posted anything and thanks for all the replies. I have started this new job. Bj Services the main company is out of Houston Texas. But my district is out of Verna, Utah. It is a gas/oil company we drive to oil rigs in the middle of nowhere and hook up two inch iron and cement the casings in the well. Anyways, its a two week on and two week off job. Love that part. But the work is major hard and your on call 24/7 while their. The pay is ok I think I brought home 2500 for the two weeks I worked. But, I hated the job and was thinking about going trucking just don't know what I should do. Everybody tells me how they screw you at this company and I mean everybody even some of the Supervisors complain about them. Any help you guys/gals can give me. Plus I live in Henderson, Nv do you know any local trucking companies or if I have to to I will go OTR again. I am debating on Bulk or Dry van. I am currently driving a Pete with an 8 speed. And we do go off road with these things. And up and down some steep inclines and declines more than I am used to. I haul dry cement in a bulk truck right know.
