tolls?
For you co. drivers, how does your company handle your toll fees?
Do they reimburse you or do you get some sort of a card, how does that work?
I heard some drivers talk that it comes out of their pockets at $30 or $40 a whack but get reimbursed for it,I just don't like the idea of using my own money to do that and having to trust the company to pay me back.

Either the company uses toll cards (or electronic transponders - AKA EZPass) or the driver pays the tolls with cash and sends the receipts in for reimbursement.
You'll have to ask the recruiters which their company uses.
And, yes, one trip through the east coast can run a driver $40-50 for one trip, and that doesn't include crossing PA on the turnpike.

I pay with my own cash, and turn in the receipt. I sometimes just wait for the reconcile on my paycheck. I can reimburse myself, if I need to with my Comdata, by just taking extra cash withdrawal, when I fuel. Again, that is reflected by a receipt.

 I think I know what Fredog is saying, and I'm sure he keeps good records
...as far as "trusting" ...that's is circumspect. Keep good records, clear and orderly, and check those records with your pay summary.
Everything better ad up, or they will get a call from me, because bottom line, don't simply trust anyone.
There are discrepancies on occasion, and a simple call to the bookkeeper always straightens it out. You have to keep clear records and check them like balancing a checkbook. If you don't, you are screwing yourself. It's part of accepting your own responsibility to make sure you are paid, what you are owed.

That's what I always did. I just waited till they reimbursed me on my paycheck. Much easier that way.

I once worked for a company that you did not have to worry too much about toll reimbursement.
Except for Chicago and a small stretch of the Indiana, Ohio and PA toll roads you were not "authorized" to use them. If you did it came out of your own pocket.
Real PITA.
I bring this up because, IMHO, it is just as important to ask about the over all toll road policy a company has.

EZPass- works for New York--which is were it's based out of--and good too- it can cost mega $$$ to cross in and out of long island.
EZPass also works on the NYthroughway, PA turnpike, and also around Chicago's tollway in place of IPASS---but not the Skyway.
New Jersey too.
OHIO- is usually cash for most companies
Indiana tollway- there's a credit card but most companies don't offer this to their driver( encourages them to run it and Ohio)
Best bet is to learn all the old routes that still bypass the toll roads-- unless you have ezpass--- I tend to dislike using my cash to pay their tolls---sometimes I loose track of paper receipt and that means no reimbersement.
OK- has pikepass

I just stay off the toll roads. I pay fuel tax, there is no need to pay for twice with a toll.
