to be honest I've seen the good and bad with swift and it seems to boil down to two things, who your Driver Manager is and what terminal you are out of. I was originaly out of eden, nc and never seen any runs. The only way you got good runs out of there were if you were dedcated. Once they closed that terminal and transfered me to greer, sc under Mike Smith I seen as many miles as I could run.

So far the only company I'd advise against going with is J.B. Hunt but only because I like getting more than 2500 miles a week.
