i actually thought it was a good video to see. it makes you think about how one stupid mistake could cost lives, money and your job.

besides, its an open forum. you, me, or big jeep can post whatever the hell we want, as long as it meets the guidelines.

Tomorrow's is going to be a clip from the history channel of a reenactment of the lives of pilgrims that has an old lady churning butter. This is the first time I've ever complained about anything here so why don't you just shut up about it.

Nobody ever said you cant do whatever you want....just remember he can do whatever he wants as well...which includes posting youtube videos..again, dont click on his threads if it is a problem...block his posts from you viewing if it bothers you that much. Its just assinine to continue to click on his youtube video threads and complain about it...there is one sure fire way for it not to bother you...dont click on them.
There, i did whatever I wanted to and told you to quit looking at them. Now you go ahead and do what you want to again and tell me you can do whatever you want to and you are tired of youtube video posts so i can again do what i want to and tell you to stop reading them so again, you can do what you want and complain about his thread....should i go on?

Long story short, quit clicking on them if they bother you, if thats whatever you want to do.

Would that be a preventable accident or a non-preventable accident?

Is there any such thing as a non-preventable accident?

It was a non preventable accident for the train. Not so much for the truck.

The CRST driver did not yield the right-of-way to the train, who legally had it, so the CRST driver was completely at fault for this one, making it entirely preventable.

Non-preventables happen, just not that often. Yesterday, what I THINK was a non-preventable happened to me, where a truck merged into me and then drove off.

I'm all but positive that that CRST driver is not currently driving for a living anymore...no excuse for that crap.....

From the looks of that video, the driver didn't even slow down approaching those tracks. It's not like he couldn't SEE the train coming, nor was it an unmarked crossing.

The driver was just an idiot and, in my opinion, anyone who pulls a stunt like that should not only be fined, but thrown in jail for their stupidity!
