if you have any kind of a chargeable offense, how long does it generaly take for these things to show up on your MVR and will it show up immediately or does it gone on reprt after things are handled in court. In simpler terms, does the cahrge go on or the final results? How often do trucking companies generaly receive MVR updates?

Only convictions show up on your MVR. Once you have been convicted of a moving violation it will be on your MVR within 30 days, if not sooner.
You are required to report any moving violation convictions to your company as soon as they happen. You are also required to submit a listing of all moving violations to your company on a yearly basis.

If you got some moving violations out of your home state they may never show up on your MVR. I had 2 out of state speeding tickets. I reported them to the company immediately and mailed them in and they have yet to show up on my MVR. 8) 8)
