Getting hired on without experience.
I was just wondering will companies hire a driver with no experience besides recently graduating from CDL School. For example, both Roehl and Watkins Shepard are two comapnies that I have interest in, both have their own training schools so would they hire me or expect me to go to their training schools?

There are carriers who will hire you with no experience. Millis, Covenant, US Xpress and Swift will all hire you without experience, I believe. If you check the Company Listings on the forum, most of the larger carriers and requirements are listed. Most CDL schools can also assist you in finding a suitable carrier.
