i had a problem with a bench warrent on a ticket that was dropped. yeah. i had a reckless driving charge in colorado but the charge was dropped. but, it didn't clear the court on time so i was given a failure to appear and issued a bench warrent, they suspended my driving privaledge in colo. it never came up until 11 years later when i applied for a cdl. it cost me $211 to drop warrent and resrore my driving privlge there. just for their paperwork messup. coulda saved that cash by hiring a $500 lawyer. stuff happens. keep trying.

I don't know why a 2 year old ticket is causing a roadblock in getting hired with a company unless it is for something serious such as a DWI or a felony or a serious cdl violation.
I would assume it's only a problem because it wasn't disclosed on the initial application. Once that happens you are classified as a lier, even if it was an accidental omission. Is it fair, not really, but it is common practice with many companies.

sheesh someone needs a congecal visit. i am not mad at sni...... its MY driving record. i was only mad cuz i didnt realize it wasnt 3 years old quite yet. besides the LOL doesnt mean i am not taking it seriously it was just a personal reflection that something i did so long ago would come back to bite me when i least expected it. heck 3 years ago i thought i would be a career electrical engineer.

Dont blame SNI for turning down applicants with traffic violations.

Are you different from all those who got turned down for the same reason?????

Did you do an "online application"? If so, did you follow it up with a phone call? Superior is not a company that is "crying for drivers"..... They are not a mega-carrier that runs 75 to 150 warm bodies a week through the mill.
ill definitel do that and i will PM u also cuz everything u just said is what i LIKE about superior.

Any I go back to your original quote:
"i found it funny that sni turned me down when theres no reason for it "

There was a reason for it, afterall.
