Just curious, this is probably a dumb question. I recently received a warning for 5 mph over speed. I also got a level 3 inspection to go along with it. Trooper was very nice, everything checked out and I was on my way. My question is, do I have to list this as a violation on the yearly form? Or upon hiring on at another company? It wasn't a verbal warning, I actually got a printed peice of paper that stated the moving violation and that it wasn't a citation.
Are citations the only things that need to be reported? I don't suppose this will be listed on my MVR, but I wasn't sure.

Better be sure to tell your company about your inspection and turn in any paperwork given to you though.

5mph over is quite anal I would say on the LEO's part. Either he was just a hard ass or he doesn't like trucks
.Driving a 4 wheeler I always do about 5mph over the posted limited, unless traffic as a whole is flowing a bit faster, I will stay with it. (In a truck though is a different story, but still, 5mph is anal).

That is very true!! A good rule of thumb, if you don't give them reason to pull you over then you'll spend a lot less time being inspected and so forth.
