I just recently lost a civil suit, and the constable told me that if the person I owe moneys to goes to the courts, that they will issue a warrant, and I can kiss my chance of getting a CDL goodbye, is there any truth ti this?!

The constable told me that he WILL contact the state law of the state I am going to for school, and WILL have me extradited to pay for this civil suit, personally I think he is just trying to scare me from leaving the state, and as far as I know civil suits cannot be extradited, especially when it's only a week and a half since judgment.

Honestly, I am leaving the 25th, only a few days away to go to company school, EVEN if the landlord went to the court for warrant of some kind for payment, it takes time for the paperwork to happen, so I think this guy is just full of BS trying to scare me, I think he thinks I am just trying to run.

Civil cases are just that, Civil. You cannot be arrested. He's trying to scare you into paying. As a matter of fact, you don't even have to pay your judgement. The only thing someone can do in a civil case is put a negative mark on your credit report or a lein on your home if the law allows. Here in Texas, it is next to impossible to collect a judgement. Texas does not allow garnishments from your paycheck or checking account. If you homestead your home they can't touch that either, but they could put a lein on it. But if you have no plans to sell your home then a lein is worthless.
So no, the constable is full of crap.

Your case is a civil procedure and there is no such thing as a extradition for a civil procedure. Your problem could come into play because most companies don't want to get involved while there is a judgment against you. kc0iv

I know alot of companys are using credit ratings as another way to ascess future employees, and a judgement will show up on a credit report, in fact most insurance companys check them to. I wouldn't worry about the "flatfoot" but you won't be able to hide from a judgement, your better off to try and clear it up because it will bite you in the butt sooner or later. Good Luck!
