Hi all,
Does anyone have information about a good trucker's atlas? I was under the impression this might be referred to as a truckers Bible. Is there a publication that shows low bridges, construction zones, location of scales, etc? Thanks in advance

The one at Pilot is a good deal. I would second the recommendation that you get the laminated version. It holds up much better and, IMO, there's no real need to get a new one every year.
I'm looking for one that gives construction zones also. I'll add to that and say I'd like the version that gives bear reports also... Sorry, oldnavy, couldn't resist. Heck, even the scalehouses aren't accurate in most of them anymore. They're dropping like flies cuz it's cheaper for them to just use a rest area for their inspections...

Go with the large print which has much better detail especially on the enlarged city maps. Easier to read going down the road if you need to do a quick check on rest areas or other important details.

I am looking at the Rand Mcnally web store and there are 3 choices: regular $19.95, deluxe $79.95, and large scale $125.00.
Now I know that cheapest is not always best, but neither is most expensive always worth it. Does anyone know the difference between the 3 versions? Or I could go to the truck stop and look next time I am there I suppose.

But it's tax deductible.
