Thanks Evinrude,

I know I am enjoying the 3 day weekend at home, especially the holiday pay, which isn't as glamorous as spending it in a truckstop for free, but we can't all get the gravy jobs.

Well, let's see.... I may not qualify. I make MORE money than my BEST paying government contractor job ever. I work LESS hours than when I was self-employed. I "plan" to go out Tues nite (just got in tonight) but that MIGHT end up being 3 or 4 days because the SHIPPER might close for the holiday! And I have no family to share my time with.

Other than Christmas, holidays are just another day for me. But, I MAY break the mold tomorrow and go to the lake for a swim, just to look at the pretty ladies!

But.... thanks for thinking of me!

I had to work the whole weekend.

It was hell! We shouldn't have worked because every where I went their tanks were full. Evidently the forecasters got it wrong this Labor day weekend? The gasoline sales were way down in our area so we were having to go a good distance to find a home for 8,500 gallons of gas.

It was over too damn quickly.

I needed the extra day off. Didn't get paid for it, and I don't care.

Had friends and family and beer and steaks and other good food, and a good time was had by all, except my psycho freak show fruitcake mother.
