? USIS ?
What exactly is USIS ? Something to do with a DAC report ? From what I can figure out , DAC is your CLD record . So if I don't have a CDL then I don't have a DAC report. Where does this USIS fit in, or what is it??

A while back USIS bought DAC services.
Your DAC report is essentially your employment history of companies that you have worked for that uses and reports to DAC services. In addition to providing employment histories DAC services can also run criminal background checks and MVR checks for companies on employees or applicants.
