Default Newbie For TMC HELP!!!

Hello all,

I could really use some help. I am prehired to start with TMC on the 10th of Sept. and I have some questions for there drivers or anyone who has worked for them.
What is your overall opinion of the company?
Do you feel they treat you well?
Do they really get you home on the weekends?
Has anyone been to the SC facility? If yes, what is it like?
Do you get home on the weekends when you train with a trainer?
What are some of the perks with the company?
Any type of bonuses?
What model truck do the Newbies get?

Any help with these would be wonderful!! look forward to your answers!

Have you tried Maverick? Much better company in my opinion. If you like the military atmosphere then you'll like TMC.

Now..I have to admit that my husband came into TMC as an experienced driver, but...they don't even begin to rival "military atmosphere". He's been military, and the 2 don't even begin to compare. Yes, they have a few standards, but as far as I can see they are all within reason.

What is your overall opinion of the company? Hubby says he's a happy camper, granted only been on his own for 6-8 weeks.
Do you feel they treat you well? Hubby feels like a name, not a number when he calls, gets prompt responses, and is overall pleased
Do they really get you home on the weekends? He is longhaul, but he has been home everytime he's supposed to be, no problems.
Has anyone been to the SC facility? If yes, what is it like? No help here, sorry
Do you get home on the weekends when you train with a trainer? He did some, not all, mostly because his trainer was an O/O and was being very picky about loads, rather than just taking what got him home.
What are some of the perks with the company? Fast reimbursement, nice truck (quality equipment), fast/hassle free maintenance/breakdown pay etc, plan your own route/fueling, insurance is nice, rider policy goes down to age 5 (close relative), the people in charge aren't afraid to talk to you, choosing between milage/percentage.
Any type of bonuses?
What model truck do the Newbies get? Hubby got a brand new Pete 379.

Any help with these would be wonderful!! look forward to your answers!
I'm sure a couple more of the ones who are longer with TMC will find this also. Meanwhile, feel free to ask anymore questions.

To each their own. I don't need to be told to not walk on the grass in DM or to make my sleeper bed each morning. That just seems juvenile to me. I'm a grown adult and don't need to be told to make my bed. Again, just not my cup of tea.
