So whats the word on the weigh stations??? I've always been local, but today I too my first trip from Toledo, OH to Indianapolis, IN for my new employer and I passd 2 of them..... PASSED, hahaha! Because I was unsure if I was supposed to enter???

Unless you have an EZ Pass transponder that lets you pass an open station, then you have to stop. Of course only if its open.
You should read the signs about 1 mi ahead that tell you if its open or closed.

Ez Pass won't do squat for you at a weigh station. That device is only for paying tolls. PrePass will let you bypass scales if you get a green light.Originally Posted by inmate1577

Some of the older scales in NM don't have an Open or Closed sign.They flip the sign backward when closed and upright when Open.
