For how long is my schooling valid?

I can understand if one said that you didn't work for them, if they are in a lawsuit with you, however, it is odd that there are two. You can prove that you worked for them if you have a w2 or cancelled pay stubs, etc.,

I got my CDL through PDTI 3 years ago and with the window film business drying up I decided to call Swift. My first question was have I been out of school to long, and they said if you can drive it and back it up your okay. I have to wait until Sept 11th to get in orientation but they said that last time and I was in orientation at the end of the week.
