now on the website they clearly show a OTR 1 year experience 47cpm
it just seems so good, the rate is with safety bonus and hazmat but still looks like a great rate, does anyone know if this is the rate they actually pay, heres the link to the pay page http://www.heartlandexpress.com/inte...payandbenefits

I have never worked for Heartland so I am going on second hand info here and if I am wrong I do apologize. They do pay very well, but from what I have heard from other Heartland drivers is that they do not get the miles to back it up. What good is high cpm if you get no miles? They are a short to medium haul carrier. So the 500 mile runs are pretty good for them. Like I said, This is all second hand info. I have never worked there. I am not trying to putt down Heartland at all. Just passing on what I have HEARD. Batboy could answer this better. BOL
